Our DraCool team was grateful for an opportunity to attend the Team M3 Ethanol conference in Nashville TN. We were one of the many vendors and received much positive feedback about our services.
DraCool’s team was able to spend time with many plant engineers, maintenance managers and planners throughout the conference. In this conference we were informed by ethanol personnel that one of the most predominately used heat exchanger plate is Tranter’s model GFP-187, particularly in their mash train process. Interestingly enough, DraCool has had much experience and success in servicing this model and regasketing this plate.
Several reasons for the positive feedback were:
- Fast turn-around, our large capacity cleaning tanks give us the capability to refurbish these sizable plates quickly
- Use of proper adhesive, professional regasketing and accurate oven-cured times
- Experienced onsite technicians with the right tools
